I attended World of Concrete 07 in Las Vegas. Tons of walking. On Wednesday afternoon I met up with a friend from Cayman and visited a few of the 'Vegas Strip' sights. This was outside the wax museum...had to do the cheesy tourist photo.

Enjoyed a great evening a couple of weeks ago with the Woodfords and their houseguest, Duncan. Somehow the boys managed to put away almost a gallon of the Kirkaldy special rum punch! Needless to say, the following morning was not so much fun. Ryan took this photo, showing good grouping and composition I think.

On Sunday we took photo's of the kids in the pool for Ryan's 8th birthday invitation. Ryan loved being a model and found the whole "photo shoot" quite amusing. This photo did not make the invitation, but is a great, happy shot.

Max (L) and Ryan (R) pose at the end of a great new years evening at the Woodfords. It was a quiet night in Cayman as New Years eve was a Sunday which meant that all big parties were essentially cancelled as music and dancing were not permitted until after midnight. Anyway, everyone went to smaller private parties and ad a great time, it was a very chill evening with lots of kiddies, fireworks and great food and friends.

Just a few minutes to midnight and the New Year. Taylor got her final burst of energy and we all went out on the beach to ring in the new year and watch firworks all up the south coast.

A photo of D & T on Christmas morning taken just before going to West Bay for Christmas lunch with the Kirkaldy / Pereira clan. Ryan got a new camera for Christmas (replacing the one he got as a hand me down from Tina over a year ago). He loves his photography and takes the camera everywhere. Still, its a bit different from when I was his age or thereabouts and the photos had to be developed and shots carefully chosen. Progress...
