Tempurature today : 1C (34F). A perfect day for dog sledding! Our adventure today with Expedition Wolf took us through forests with steep climbs and exciting downhills. After assisting with harnessing the huskies and an attempt at getting to know their names, we received basic instructions on how to drive the team and off we went! David was a natural with taking control of our sleigh and commanding the huskies. This is our team in the foreground. In the background, Ryan and Taylor rode with a guide.

Mont Tremblant 25 Feb 2007

Taylor's ski instructor for the past two days was Philip Wayland who lived and worked in Cayman for a few years in the last 90's. What a small world! Taylor had a great day and was a model student, according to Phil.

Mount Tremblant 24 Feb 2007

After a full day on the mountain skiing and snow boarding, we drove about 10 minutes from the village to Aventures Neige for snow tubing. The kids of all ages had a total blast! Here we are at the end of one run as Taylor pretends to "faint" from the excitement and Ryan and Tina are all smiles.

Taylor on day 2 of ski school

Showing great form in her 'pizza pie'. Taylor is having a blast learning to ski and going up in the gondola to the top of the mountain for lunch with all the kids.

Ryan Boarding 23 Feb

Showing super cool style on the slopes. Ryan actually went up the chair lift today and came down the big slopes "Flying Mile". Signed up again for Saturday.

Our hotel at Mont Tremblant

So the sun came out today! Beautiful blue sky and crisp mountain air. OK, well the crisp mountain air was more like blikin cold mountain air because it was -15c (5f) at base of the hill before the 20kmph wind! But it was a beautiful day. Kids went to ski and snowboard camp and Tina went for her private lesson with Fransois. We had a super day and nice dinner out again.

Day 1 - Mont Tremblant, Quebec

David and I decided to introduce the kids to winter - thus the trip to Mont Tremblant this year. The kids were very eager to see snow, and even in the -7C (20F) tempurature, really took to it. Taylor went into ski school and Ryan was eager to try his hand at snow boarding. Here they are, setting out for the days adventure.
